Blue Hour Consulting Oy was founded in summer 2025 in Finland. The founding idea of the company is to provide deep expert services in the field of telecommunication and critical infrastructure security.

 

Our mission is to help you to improve the security for your company, for the society and for your users. We stick to our area of expertise because we believe that offering any kind of consulting service will affect the delivered quality and, in the end, not benefit our customers.

 

Our team takes a realistic approach on security, we understand the legal, business, and technical realities that have to go along with security. We want to help you get a realistic understanding of your security, but also evolve your security be it because of legal requirement, a recent breach or new technologies.

 

Security evaluations, security roadmaps and strategy for new technologies are our specialities be e.g. new 3GPP release, AI security in telco, managed telco services, satellites, SMS blasters, quantumn preparedness or drones with SIMs.

 

Our team is small and we are growing only in a slow pace as our focus is on quality and not quantity. We are often tied into larger engagements as special matter expert support.
